PhotoBooth.Love provides photo booth rentals for weddings, corporate events, school dances and school events, birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, fundraisers, galas, reunions, grand openings, and any other event that calls for a little extra fun. We don't specialize in just one type of event — we build the right photo booth experience for whatever you're celebrating.

Pricing depends on the type of booth experience, rental length, and any add-ons like custom templates, backdrops, or props. We recommend booking as soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Popular weekends, especially during wedding and event season, can book up 12 months in advance. That said, we're happy to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

Every rental includes a trained on-site attendant, setup and breakdown, unlimited sessions during your rental period, and on-the-spot prints where applicable. Depending on the experience you choose, this can also include digital sharing, custom print templates, backdrops, props, and an online photo gallery.

Yes. Every PhotoBooth.Love rental includes a trained, friendly attendant on-site for the entire rental period to help guests, keep the booth running smoothly, and handle any issues that come up.

The only exception is our “Digital Drop-off Booths” where we set up the booth, leave, then pick it up after.

Most of our booth experiences provide on-the-spot printed photos as well as digital copies guests can access through an online gallery after the event. Some experiences, like our 360 Video Booth or Digital Only Packages or our Digital Drop-Off Booth, are digital-only

We recommend a minimum of 10' x 10' of space, with access to a standard power outlet. Our team will work with your venue to find the best spot.

An enclosed (classic) booth is the traditional style guests step inside, with a curtain for privacy and playful, close-up photos. An open-air booth has no enclosure, so larger groups can fit in a single photo and guests can see the fun happening. A digital or social booth skips printing altogether and focuses on instant digital sharing — photos, GIFs, Boomerangs, and video. We offer all three styles, plus roaming, 360-degree, and themed experiences, so you can pick what fits your event best.

Yes. We provide photo booth experiences for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, holiday parties, and company celebrations of all sizes, with options for custom branding on prints and digital shares.

Yes, we provide photo booth rentals for school dances, formals, and other school events, with fun, age-appropriate experiences and props for students.

Rental periods typically range from 3 to 7+ hours, and can be extended based on your event schedule. We'll work with you to make sure the booth is running during the times your guests will use it most.

For all bookings there is a 30% Retainer to book the booth. The final balance is due 90 days before the event date. If your event is within 90 days of booking, the total amount is due when booking. We accept payment by Credit Card or E-Transfer.

Our attendants are trained to handle equipment issues on-site, and we carry backup supplies (paper, props, etc.) to every event so your booth stays up and running for the whole rental period. If the booth is “down” for any length of time, such as if we have to change printer paper etc., we simply extend our time there by adding it to the end of the event time.

Yes. Every event includes access to an online photo gallery, so you and your guests can look back on all the fun after the event is over.

It depends on the style you choose — our open-air and roaming experiences comfortably fit larger groups, while our classic enclosed booth is better suited to smaller, more intimate photos.
